Mala & Velika Mojstrovka

“Going to mountains is going home.”

It’s hard to find the right words to describe all the feelings that surround me when I go to the mountains. And every time when I come back from the highest peaks I am thinking how much they gave me.

Gregor and I usually don’t choose the easy way to reach the mountain top. But maybe that is the reason why the feeling on the top is even greater. At the bottom the mountains are so wild and challenging. When climbing the rocks we’re pushing ourselves to the LIMIT. We are facing our FEARS and brainstorming life’s questions. Going to mountains is like going HOME. Back to nature, back to ourselves and back to MODESTY in us. In the modern world that is usually forgotten.

We are always seeking, but the mountains in all their greatness remember us that what we seek, has been always HERE, in us.

When climbing the mountains all we have is NOW.

The moment we hold the rock, breath the fresh cold air, listen to the wind and enjoy the breathtaking view.

“It’s not the mountain we conquer, but ourselves.”
